There was no representation for the petitioners on 09.06.2015 and the matter was therefore directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal' on 10.06.2015. Today, though the matter appears under the said caption, there is no representation yet again for the petitioners. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution.
