When the matter was called on 02.08.2016, there was no representation for the appellant. In fact, what was represented by the learned counsel for respondents was recorded to the effect that the matter was settled outside the Court waiving the interest. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal' to this day.

Today also, there is no representation for the appellant.
