HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CONTEMPT CASE No.256 OF 2017 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed with a prayer to punish the respondents under the provisions of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for willfully and deliberately violating order, dated 04.01.2017, passed by this Court in WP No.257 of 2017.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order, dated 04.01.2017, passed by this Court in WP No.257 of 2017 is complied with, by the respondents and therefore, the contempt case may be closed.

In view of the above, the Contempt Case is closed. Miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall also stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
