This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of respondent No.2, in seeking to dispossess the petitioner by demolishing the shop/temporary structures raised by him in Survey No.87, situated near water tank, Mancherial, Adilabad District, without following the due process of law, as illegal and arbitrary.

The petitioner has filed a copy of Common Order, dated 10-12-2015, in WP.Nos.34530 and 37018 of 2015, whereunder this Court has allowed the said Writ Petitions after undertaking detailed discussion.

Mr.N.Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for Municipalities (TS), representing respondent No.2, fairly agreed that the petitioner herein is similarly situated to the petitioners in the aforesaid Writ Petitions and that this Writ Petition may be disposed of in terms of the Common Order passed therein.

In the light of the above submission of the learned Standing Counsel, the Writ Petition is allowed in terms of Common Order, dated 10-122015, in WP.Nos.34530 and 37018 of 2015, with

the direction that the reasons and directions contained therein shall form part of this order. As a sequel, WPMP.No.2177 of 2016, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
