When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for petitioners that the petitioners are challenging their transfer orders and at this point of time, the cause will not survive, as there cannot be an eternal direction to continue an employee at a single place. Thus, the writ petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
