THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1455 of 2013 ORDER:

Prima facie the Corporation by its order dated 02.01.2014 has released the increments to the petitioner with effect from 01.04.2009 onwards. Liberty is preserved to the writ petitioner to make a detailed representation, which Sri N.Krishna Rao would submit that the Corporation would attend to as expeditiously as possible. Therefore, subject to what has been noted supra, no further orders are needed to be passed in this contempt case.

Accordingly, the contempt case is closed.

The miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this contempt case, shall stand closed.
