Heard Mr.Virupaksha Dattatreya Gouda for petitioners and learned Government Pleader for respondents. The contempt case is not proceeded with, in view of the proceedings dated 10.03.2018 for respondent No.2 has withdrawn the order which is complained in the contempt case as amounting to disobeying the order of this Court in W.P.No.18974 of 2016 dated 14.07.2017.

Contempt case is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
