HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.12192 of 2014 O R D E R :

This Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash Crime No.128 of 2014 on the file of Begumpet Police Station, Hyderabad. Learned Public Prosecutor produced before this Court a letter dated 01.10.2019 addressed to him by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Begumpet Police Station, Hyderabad, wherein it is stated that the investigation in the aforesaid crime is completed and charge sheet is filed only against accused No.1 and the names of accused Nos.2 to 4 were deleted.

In view of the aforesaid letter, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
