O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking mandamus to declare the action of respondent Nos. 2 and 3 in not paying compensation to the petitioner in pursuance of the General Award passed in Proceedings No. LA/Unit-IV/43-2/2005, dated 22/1/2009 for acquiring the plot of the petitioner i.e., plot No. 36 admeasuring 222.22 sq.yards in survey No. l558, situated at Ghatkesar [v] of Ghatkesar Revenue Mandal, Ranga Reddy district, despite representation dated 20/5/2016 submitted to the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 as illegal, arbitrary and violative of the principles of natural justice and consequently to direct the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to release and pay compensation to the petitioner as per the General Award dated 22/1/2009 and to pass such other suitable orders as this Court may deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

2. Heard Sri Kowturu Vinaya Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Respondent Nos. 1 to 3.

Keeping in view, the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, I hereby direct the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to consider and dispose of the representation dated 20/5/2016 submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I hereby further direct the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to communicate the orders passed on the representation dated 20/5/2016 in writing to the petitioner within one week thereafter. Consequently, the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 are directed to release and pay the compensation to the petitioner as per the General Award dated 22/1/2009, if the petitioner is entitled thereto.

4. In view of the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission. No costs.

5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
