HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN Writ Petition No.29672 of 2010 ORDER:

Both Sri Kiran Tirumalasetti, Learned Counsel for the petitioner, and Sri P.Durga Prasad, Learned Standing Counsel for APSRTC, would submit that, in an identical case, this Court had, by order in W.P.No.28391 of 2010 dated 14.11.2016, disposed of the Writ Petition in terms of the earlier interim order passed by this Court; and, in the present case also, this Court, by order in WPMP No.37820 of 2010 dated 26.11.2010, had directed the respondents to receive and process the application of the petitioner and extend the petitioner relaxation of age limit, to an extent of four years for the post of Shramik, in case he had undergone apprentice training with the APSRTC. In the light of the Order passed in W.P.No.28391 of 2010 dated 14.11.2016, this Writ Petition is also be disposed of in terms of the earlier interim order. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
