No. 647 of 2018 O R D E R:- (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) This contempt case is filed alleging willful disobedience on the part of the respondent in complying with the order dated 05.02.2018 in W.P.No. 3208 of 2018 passed by this Court.

The learned counsel for the respondent submits that the order dated 05.02.2018 in W.P.No. 3208 of 2018 passed by this Court has been complied with in letter and spirit. This submission has not been disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the above submission, the respondent is hereby discharged from the contempt proceedings. Accordingly, the contempt case is closed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
