Heard both sides and perused the material available on record.

This writ petition is filed under the apprehension that the petitioner might be dispossessed from the agricultural land in Survey No.455 of Laxmipuram Village, Burghampadu Mandal, Bhadradri Kothagudem District.

It is the case of the respondents that the lands are required for the purpose of Transmission Tower Foundation works pursuant to the construction of LILO of one circuit of 220 KV KTPS V -Lower Sileru - II line to proposed Pump house - 1 at B G Kothuru and the petitioner will not be deprived of his compensation. Without going into the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to dispossess the petitioner without following due process of law. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
