Smt. B Radhika, v. Quaid Johar
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1353 of 2015 10.04.2015 Between:
Smt.B.Radhika
...Petitioner
And Quaid Johar another
...Respondents
Counsel for the petitioner: Ms.D.Shalini Shravanthi for Sri D.Srinivas Prasad Counsel for respondents: -- The Court made the following:
ORDER:
This civil revision petition arises out of the order, dated 22.12.2014 in I.A.No.1187 of 2014 in O.S.No.2523 of 2008 on the file of learned VIII Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar. A perusal of the order under revision shows that the application of the petitioner for appointment of an Advocate Commissioner to measure the width of the approach road and existing nala was filed far too belatedly i.e., at the stage of arguments. Therefore, I do not find any error in the order of the lower Court in dismissing the belated application of the petitioner. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed.
As a sequel to dismissal of the Civil Revision Petition, C.R.P.M.P.No.1843 of 2015 filed by the petitioner for stay shall stand dismissed as infructuous. __________________________ (C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY, J) 10th April, 2015 GHN
