THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No.2722 OF 2022 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482Cr.P.C. seeking to modify the order dated 18.01.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.740 of 2021 passed by the learned Special Sessions Judge for NDPS Cases-cum-I Additional Sessions Judge, Warangal.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner argued that the order dated 18.01.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.740 of 2021 passed by the Special Sessions Judge for NDPS Casescum-I Additional Sessions Judge, Warangal, may be modified by allowing the petitioner for furnishing two local sureties to the tune of Rs.20,000/- each or to deposit an amount of Rs.40,000/- to the satisfaction of the Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class for Railways, Khazipet.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner/accused is directed to approach the learned Special Sessions Judge for NDPS Cases-cum-I Additional Sessions Judge, Warangal, for relaxation of any of the conditions imposed in the bail granted vide Crl.M.P.No.740 of 2021.

With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
