HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.28361 OF 2009 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus declaring the election of the 1st respondent as MPTC member of Naredgam Village Territorial Constituency Maganoor Mandal Parishad, Mahaboobnagar District, as illegal and arbitrary. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri G.Narender Reddy, learned counsel for the 2nd respondent. The elections which are sought to be challenged in this writ petition by the petitioner were conducted in the year 2006 and by this time the term of elected body is also expired. As such, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
