HCJ & AAR, J W.P. No. 10142 of 2019 Dt: 30-08-2019 Order: (per Hon'ble The Chief Justice Raghvendra Singh Chauhan) In compliance of the docket order dated 28-08-2019, the petitioner has produced a letter dated 29-08-2019, issued by the Principal, Little Flower School, Uppal, Hyderabad, wherein the Principal has agreed to admit Baby Rishitha to UKG class in the said school. The Principal has directed the petitioner to submit the school leaving certificate/transfer certificate and the original report card of the child for the LKG class. The said documents need to be issued by the Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan. Therefore, the respondent No.4 is directed to furnish the said documents to the petitioner, so that the admission of Baby Rishita can be completed by the Little Flower School.
By order dated 18-06-2019, this Court had granted limited visitation rights to the respondent No.4. This Court had directed the petitioner to hand over the custody of Baby Rishitha to respondent No.4 at 4.00 p.m., on Saturday. Respondent No.4 shall have the custody of the child till 5.00 p.m., on Sunday. The said arrangement shall continue for a period of three months. Since the custody of both the children is with the petitioner, this Habeas Corpus Petition no longer survives. Therefore, it is, hereby, disposed of. The parties shall be free to
HCJ & AAR, J W.P. No. 10142 of 2019 Dt: 30-08-2019 pursue their legal remedies for seeking the custody of the children, if so advised.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, stand dismissed as infructuous.
