THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NAMAVARAPU When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned \ \ \ \ counsel for the respondents submitted that the learned counsel for the petitioner has expired.
2. A perusal of the record discloses that . earlier, notice was issued to the petitioner. However, the same was returned unserved with the postal endorsement "party unclaimed." 3.
At the time of filing the Writ Petition in the year 2006, the petitioner was 47 years of age.

The relief sought by the petitioner is seeking a direction to respondent No.2 to provide any alternative employment. 5.
In view of the age of the petitioner at the time of filing the Writ Petition, and considering that the petitioner has now aged 66 years, this Court is of the opinion that nothing survives for adjudication in the present Writ Petition 6.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a :sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, in this Writ Petitiorr, shall stand closed.
