In this petition filed under Sections 437 and 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1978, the petitioner/A.2 seeks regular bail in Crime No.213 of 2017 of Nacharam Police Station, Rachakonda District, which was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 3, 4 and 5 of the Prevention of Immoral Trafficking Act, 1956 and Section 307-A IPC. 2.

The main acquisition is that the petitioner and A.1 are doing online prostitution business by securing the sex workers and customers. On 05.06.2017 they were carrying the customers and the victim girl in their auto. The investigation is reported to be pending and charge sheet is yet to be filed.

Having regard to the gravity of the offence and pending investigation, it is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. 4.
