THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.31313 of 2011 ORDER:

Sri K.Sashidharan Nair, learned counsel, informs this Court that Dr.Radhakrishna Murthy Yarlagadda, learned counsel on record for the petitioner, expired on 21.04.2015. He further states that despite his best efforts, he could not contact the petitioner to get instructions in this matter.

As no steps have been taken after the expiry of the counsel on record, this Court is left with no option but to dismiss this writ petition for non-prosecution.

Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
