(Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Ujjal Bhuyan) Heard Ms.Usha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the learned Additional Advocate General for the State of Telangana, the appellant herein and Mr. Siddartha, learned counsel for the respondents (writ petitioners). This appeal is directed against the order dated 01.11.2018 passed by a learned single Judge of this Court in W.P.No.6621 of 2011.

Learned counsel for the appellant fairly submits that identical writ appeal being W.A.No.192 of 2022 was dismissed by a coordinate Bench of this Court on the ground of being time barred. By order dated 22.03.2022, the application for condonation of delay being I.A.No.1 of 2022 was rejected; consequently W.A.No.192 of 2022 was dismissed. That being the position, the related I.A. for condonation of delay of 1201 days would stand dismissed on the ground that no sufficient cause has been shown by the appellant for

condonation of delay. Resultantly, the present appeal would stand dismissed as being time barred. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall also stand dismissed.
