Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that his clients have instructed to withdraw the Company Petition with liberty to initiate civil proceedings, as, essentially, the Company Petition has been filed for recovering the amounts due for the supplies made by the petitioners.

Since the Company Petition has not yet been admitted, the learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to withdraw the same.

The Company Petition is therefore, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to initiate appropriate civil proceedings. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed.
