This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of respondent No.2, in seeking to dispossess the petitioners from the structures raised by them for carrying on flowers' business and demolish the same without notice and without following the legal procedure, as illegal and arbitrary.

At the hearing, the learned Counsel representing Mr.N.Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2Municipality, submitted that respondent No.2 has been taking action for removal of the shops situated opposite to the petitioners' shops on the other side of the road and that so far, it has not decided to proceed against the shops of the petitioners. He has further submitted that if and when respondent No.2 seeks to take action against the shops of the petitioners, it will follow the due process of law. In the light of the above submissions of the learned Counsel representing the learned Standing Counsel, which are placed on record, no further adjudication of the Writ Petition is necessary and the same is, accordingly, disposed of.

As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.3882 of 2016, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous. ______________________ (C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy, J) Dt: 3rd February, 2016 lur
