O R D E R:- The main grievance of the writ petitioner is that in spite of the fact that he made an application dated 02.03.2016 seeking to impound the Passports bearing Nos.H0677764 and H0677314 belonging to Bollampally Narsimha Reddy and Bollampally Sulochana Reddy respectively as they are accused Nos.2 and 3 in C.C.No. 1200 of 2015 pending on the file of the Court of XX Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, Malkajigiri, the respondent has not considered the same so far.

Heard the learned counsel for both the parties and perused the material placed on record.

Keeping in view the averments made in the writ affidavit and the submission of the learned Assistant Solicitor General appearing for the respondent, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to consider the application dated 02.03.2016 said to have been made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon, in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
