Sri M. Ravinder Reddy, Senior Personnel Officer of the Singareni Collieries Company Limited at RG-2 & 2A Incline, Godavarikhani, who swore to the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, shall make an assessment of the costs and expenditure that are likely to be incurred by the Corporation if the Award is given effect to. He shall also indicate as to how much has been spent for filing this writ petition so far. Registry is directed to list this matter for consideration on 30-04-2015 in the Motion List.
