Petitioner, who is A3 in Cr.No.149 of 2014 on the file of the Station House Officer, Srikalahasti Rural Police Station, Chittoor District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 353 and 379 IPC and 20(1) (c) (ii) (iii) (iv) (vi) (x) and 29 (2) (b) of A.P. Forest Act, 1967 and Rule 3 of A.P. Forest Sandal Wood and Red Sanders Wood Transit Rules, 1969, filed this petition under Sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Criminal Petition. Permission is accorded. 3.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
