Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the criminal petition. Permission is accorded. The criminal petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. However, as the identity of the petitioner does not arise, the presence of the petitioner before the Court below is dispensed with and the petitioner is directed to represent through the counsel on all hearing dates.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
