THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.15814 of 2017 ORDER:
When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of his grievance, the petitioner submitted a representation to the second respondent on 27.03.2017 but no action has been taken thereon. On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that the representation, dated 27.03.2017 said to have been submitted by the petitioner would be considered in accordance with law.
Recording the said submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent to consider the aforesaid representation and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed. No order as to costs. _________________ A.V.SESHA SAI, J 27th APRIL, 2017.
