Meruva Lavanya Devi v. Meruva Leela Krishna
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA TRANSFER C.M.P. No.568 OF 2017 ORAL ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for both parties.
Since the petitioner - wife complains that it is arduous for her to attend the Senior Civil Judge's Court at Gudur, in an application for divorce filed by the respondent - husband, on account of a tender child whom she has to manage. There is every reason to accede to the request.
Therefore, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed, and H.R.O.P. No.34 of 2017 pending on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Gudur, is withdrawn and transferred to the file of Judge, Family Court, Ananthapur. The transferee Court shall issue notices to the parties and then proceed with further proceedings in the said O.P. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Transfer CMP, stand closed.
