The writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 2nd respondent in issuing the circular dated 02.12.2010. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the interim order dated 15.02.2011 passed by this Court, the purpose of filing the main writ petition is served and hence nothing survives in the writ petition and accordingly the same may be closed. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
