Mr.Y.Nagi Reddy, learned Counsel for the petitioners, has addressed letter, dated 04-04-2017, to the Registry wherein it is stated that the petitioners intend to withdraw the Writ Petition as the matter is settled out of the Court.

Today, at the hearing, the learned Counsel has reiterated the above request.

Permission for withdrawal of the Writ Petition is granted and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, stand disposed of as infructuous.
