This writ petition is filed praying to grant the following relief : "... to issue a writ or order or direction particularly in the nature of certiorari while declaring the impugned orders in ROR Appeal No.A3/7252/2013 Dt.24.12.2013 on the file of Revenue Divisional Officer, Khammam District (2nd respondent) along with the communication of respondent No.4 in RC B/1815/2012 dt.31.12.2013 as arbitrary illegal without competence and dehors the provisions of AP ROR Act vis a vis fundamental rights of the petitioner, to set aside impugned orders and to pass such other order/s as may be deemed just and proper to meet the ends of justice."

As can be seen from the relief prayed, the order under challenge is the decision of appellate authority dated 24.12.2013 under the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 (for short 'the Act 1971'). Against the very same proceedings by the very same petitioner, W.P.No.6507 of 2014 was filed and the said writ petition was dismissed, by order dated 06.03.2014. Therefore, this writ petition is also liable to be dismissed. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed.
