ORAL ORDER:

This writ petition was heard in the forenoon session on 14.11.2016 and matter was passed over to afternoon at the request of learned counsel for petitioner for obtaining instructions. There was no representation for petitioner when the matter was called in the afternoon session. In order to give opportunity, matter was directed to be listed today under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today when the matter was called in the forenoon, there was no representation. To give one more opportunity, matter was passed over. Again when the case is called in the afternoon, there is no representation for petitioner. In the circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Having regard to the same, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed.
