THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.1916 OF 2011 ORDER:

This writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner seeking to declare the action of the 2nd respondent in issuing notification, dated 30.06.2010, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, set aside the same. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, none appears for the petitioner and there is no representation on its behalf. The writ petition pertains to the year 2011. Since there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
