Petitioner's grievance is that his representation dt.21.11.2011 made to the 1st respondent, in relation to rectification of entries in the municipal records of the property which is in the petitioner's family's possession, has not been considered by the respondents.

2. Counsel for petitioner reiterates the same.

3. None appeared for the sole respondent-Municipal Corporation. 4.

Having regard to the nature of the plea, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dt.21.11.2011 within four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate its decision thereon to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs. 5.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
