THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.24667 of 2011 ORDER:
The grievance of the petitioner was that the Superintendent of Police, Kadapa, was not undertaking an enquiry on his complaint dated 06.08.2011.
It is now stated by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home that upon the petitioner's complaint dated 06.08.2011, the Superintendent of Police, Kadapa, caused an enquiry and passed final orders dated _.09.2015. A copy of the said order is also placed on record.
In the light of this development, the grievance of the petitioner as to the alleged inaction on his complaint stands redressed. The writ petition is accordingly closed. It shall be open to the petitioner to take recourse to appropriate measures in accordance with law if he is aggrieved by the action taken upon his complaint dated 06.08.2011.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
