Order:

This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the rejection of the petitioner's tender filed in pursuance of tender notification No.03/2012-13OPD(c), dated 04.10.2012, of respondent No.2 for appointment of region wise advertising contractors

for display of ads on City Ordinary, Palle Velugu and Express Buses of Krishna (VJA), Guntur and West Godavari Regions for a period of five years, as illegal and arbitrary.

At the hearing, it has come out that the period of contract, in respect of which the tender filed by the petitioner is stated to has been rejected, had expired by efflux of time on 31-01-2014.

In the light of this subsequent event, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of as infructuous.

As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.Nos.45283 and 45284 of 2012 and 22435 of 2013, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, are disposed of as infructuous.
