THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 28184 OF 2017 O R D E R:

This Writ Petition has been filed questioning the delay on the part of the 3rd respondent District Level Scrutiny Committee in sending the enquiry report though the case was registered on 03.08.2015, on the ground of contravention of Rule 8 of the A.P. Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Backward Classes (Regulation of issue of Community Certificates) Act, 1993 and the Rules made thereunder.

Learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare (Andhra Pradesh) submits that the entire exercise pursuant to registration of the case on 03.08.2015 will be completed within two weeks. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to complete the entire exercise as regards the complaint registered on 03.08.2015 within three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed.
