On 20.01.2016 and 26.02.2016, there was no representation for the Election Petitioner. When the matter was listed on 11.03.2016, since there was no representation for the Election Petitioner again, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "For Dismissal". Today, the matter is listed under the caption "For Dismissal". Learned counsel for the Election Petitioner filed a memo dated 13.11.2015 to the effect that he has no instructions to proceed with the Election Petition.
