The contempt case is filed seeking to punish the respondent under Sections 1O to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, lg7 l, for deliberate and willful disobedience in impiementing the order passed by this Court in W'P'No'40523 of 20 16. dated 23.11.2O16.

No representation on behalf of the petitioner in the morning and alternoon sessions. Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing on behalf of responclettt.

This Court while disposing the writ petltlon on 23.11.2016, directed the 3'd respondent to dispose of the representation dated 01.02.2016 made by the petitioner seeking to enter his name in the revenue records in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.0.31 guntas in Sy'No' 1343/A sit uated at Choppadandi Village and Mandal, Karimnagar District, in accordance with law, at the earliest'

4. Learned Assistant Government pleader basing on the instructions submits that, the respondent complied with the order passed by this Court in W.p.No.40523 of 20 16, dated 23.1t.2016.

In view of the above submissron, no further adjudication is required.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. However, the petitioner is granted riberty to avail the remedies as are available under law, if so advised.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
