Heard the learned counsel for petitioners.

Petitioners' grievance is that I.A.No.390 of 2013 filed by petitioners in O.S.No.149 of 2013 on the file of the Junior Civil Judge at Huzurnagar has not been disposed of for the last 51⁄2 year. 3.

In view of the said submission, the said Court is directed to decide the said I.A, after hearing both sides, within four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.

The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
