THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.13890 of 2004 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Certiorari calling for the records from the first respondent relating to the G.O.Ms.No.16 Minorities Welfare (MFC) Department dated 21.07.2004 and quash the same after declaring it as illegal and arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and to pass such other necessary orders.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the purpose of filing the writ petition becomes infructuous.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
