THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.8301 OF 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Home (TG) appearing for the respondents. 2.

When the matter is taken up, written instructions, dated 14.3.2018, furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Rajendranagar Police Station are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader for Home. The said instructions read as under:- "It is respectfully submitted that on receipt of communication about the filing of the present writ petition by the petitioner herein, this respondent has thoroughly verified the records of this respondent police station including the Station General Diary as to whether any complaint has been received or any case registered against the petitioner herein or not. The records revealed that, as of now, no complaint whatsoever was received or registered against the petitioners herein on the file of Rajendranagar Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate.

It is submitted that the allegation of the petitioner that on 5.3.2018 under the influence of the some third party complaints, some persons claim to be the officials of the 4th respondent called the petitioner to the police station, without there being any proper reason and asked to get the original documents pertains to the subject property inturn the petitioner informed that he is lawful owner and possessor of the subject property and requested not to interfere with the civil disputes pertains to private parties over the private lands but the official without heeding the request of the petitioner threatened him with dire consequences to implicate in false cases, if

he has not obliged their illegal demands, for the time being they went away, but there is an every chance of again come and interfere with life and liberty of the petitioner more particularly with the possession over the subject property is absolutely false, baseless and hence denied.

It is humbly submitted that this respondent enquiries revealed that on mere apprehension to prevent the police from taking any action in the event of lodging of any complaint against him in future, the petitioner filed the present writ petition without any cause of action.

I humbly submit that any point of time, this respondent did not summon the petitioner nor interfere with the civil disputes as alleged."

On noticing the same, a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioners to place the said instructions on record and dispose of the writ petition.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, by placing on record the written instructions, dated 14.3.2018, furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Rajendranagar Police Station. There shall be no order as to costs. 5.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
