ORDER:

This petition is filed to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.15 of 2014 from Judge, Family Court, Guntur and to transfer the same to Senior Civil Judge, Nandigama, Krishna District Wife filed this application. The transfer application is filed on the ground of convenience of wife.

Heard both sides.

Advocate for respondent-husband submitted that on account of this transfer application, main case is not being taken up and it is adjourned on one pretext or the other.

I have perused the material papers.

Considering the submissions of both sides and no objection reported by the respondent, I feel that the request of the wife can be considered. As advocate for respondent-husband complained progress of main case is delayed, I feel that by fixing some time to the trial court, the request of the wife can be considered. Accordingly, H.M.O.P.No.15 of 2014 is withdrawn from the court of Judge, Family Court, Guntur and transferred to Senior Civil Judge, Nandigama for disposal in accordance with law. Senior Civil Judge,

Nandigama shall dispose of the case within four months from the date of receipt of record.
