When the case was listed on 19.10.2016, none appeared for the petitioners. Hence the matter was directed to be listed today. Even today also, when the case is called, none appeared for the petitioners nor any representation is made on their behalf. In the circumstances, this Court has no option except to dismiss the Writ Petition for non-prosecution.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
