Despite the matter being posted under the caption "FOR DISMISSAL" and having been passed over since morning, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners, even in the afternoon.

Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for nonprosecution. However, it is made clear that default dismissal order no way prejudice the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 and 2 any of the other available remedies to workout.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this revision shall stand closed.
