This petition is filed by the petitioners-accused under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against them in Crime No.27 of 2013 of Women Police Station, Kakinada, East Godavari District.

When this matter has come up for hearing, the learned Public Prosecutor submitted that the matter has ended in compromise before the Lok Adalat and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition and the petition has become infructuous. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
