ORDER :

According to the petitioner, he is owner and possessor of agricultural land to an extent of Ac.0.58 cents in R S No. 81/4 and an extent of Ac.0.64 cents in R S No. 82/4, Srinivasapuram village, Jangareddygudem mandal, West Godavari district having purchased the same through registered document No. 3882/2017 dated 29.7.2017. Petitioner submitted application dated 29.7.2017 in Form-VI-A through AP-Online for issuance of pattedar passbook and title deeds in respect of subject land. The said application was received in AP-Online centre on 26.9.2017. But so far no steps have been taken. Hence, this writ petition. 2.

It is seen from the material on record that petitioner submitted application for issuance of pattedar pass book and title deeds. If that is so, and if such application is pending, the Tahsildar, Jangareddygudem Revenue Mandal, West Godavari District/3rd respondent, shall dispose of the said application, if not already disposed of, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight (8) weeks, from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above directions, the Writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
