ORDER :

With the consent of the learned counsel for the petitioner as well counsels for the respondents, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the counsels for the respondents.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that neighbour to the petitioner i.e., 8th respondent, has undertaken illegal constructions of the building and raising higher floors. On account of such constructions, there is every danger to the property of petitioner. Since, construction was not properly made, there are vibrations to the walls and if the higher floors are allowed to be constructed, it will certainly have serious adverse consequences to the property owned by the petitioner. Petitioner has lodged several complaints since the year 2013 against the illegal constructions made by the 8th respondent.

4. Learned standing counsel Sri P.Krishna Reddy for respondents 4 to 7 submits that a notice was already issued and further action will be taken in accordance with law and the writ petition may be disposed of granting liberty to the GHMC to take further course of action as warranted by law.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that GHMC may take long time to complete the process and apprehends danger to his life and danger to the property of the petitioner.

6. Having regard to the same, by disposing the writ petition, the

GHMC is directed to fix the strict time table in dealing with the statutory notices and explanations and pass final orders and take appropriate action pursuant to the notice issued to the 8th respondent on 06.06.2015. At any rate the entire exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks. The 8th respondent shall not undertake any further construction until final orders are passed by the GHMC. With reference to the other aspects i.e., creating nuisance by using mikes and loud speakers, it is open to the petitioner to prosecute the issue with the concerned authority. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
