The learned counsel for the petitioners had filed a letter, dated 03.07.2017, before the Registry stating that he is instructed by the petitioners to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case. A request is also made in the said letter to list this matter under the caption "For Withdrawal' in the today's cause list.

At the hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this Criminal Revision Case. 3.

Permission, as sought for, is accorded.

Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Revision Case, shall stand closed.
