Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to pursue with the respondent-authorities by filing an application under Section 455-A of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand dismissed.
